The survey will be open from 22 January to 28 February 2026 and is available in 10 languages: English, Arabic, French, Indonesian, Khmer, Mongolian, Portuguese, Russian, Sinhala, Spanish. The survey takes about 15 minutes to complete. Your input will strengthen civil society advocacy for global health reforms that work for all.

The survey is designed to gather information from global civil society and communities impacted by health inequities about:

• Your experience with global health architecture reform to date
• Your views on the present
• Your priorities for future reforms

If you are a part of civil society or a community impacted by health inequities, we want to hear from you!

• You do not need to have any expertise or experience in global health architecture reform to participate
• You can participate even if you also joined a HEAR CSO civil society regional convening in 2025 – check out the reports from these consultations here.
• Multiple individuals from one organization can complete the survey.
• Responses will be confidential and shared only in aggregate. Data will be stored securely and used only for HEAR CSO activities, learning, and advocacy work. Only the HEAR CSO project team will have access to raw survey data.
